How to Get an AKJV 1611
You can get a King James Version Keystone Giant Print Bible through CBD (Christian Book Distributors) for about $15 ($20 in a Christian bookstore). The CBD web site is www.christianbook.com. This Giant Print Bible is about 11" x 8" and is very comfortable to read. What I love is NO CROSS REFERENCES AND NO IN-TEXT DEFINITIONS! I like for the Holy Ghost to show me the cross-references and in-text definitions oftentimes agree with new Bible perversions. The ISBN number is 0-8340-0350-3.

IBS (International Bible Society) publishes a cheap hardback pew Bible for under $6. Most sell for twice as much. IBS publishes the NIV, but offers KJBs.  Item #335 - Black, $5.50, Item #335C is a case of 24 Bibles, $108.00. DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING. Call 1-800-524-1588 to order or visit their web site--

This is an economical way to give a sturdy Bible to a new convert.

You can also purchase Oxford and Cambridge editions of the King James Bible. I would recomend the ones that do not have cross-references or in-text definitions. You can get a leather Cambridge edition for about $35 (and up) at www.avpublications.com.

If you want to buy one at your local bookstore, ask for a "King James Version."  Many Christians have been confused over trying to find an "Authorized King James Bible 1611," because they aren't sold with that title.  I would not recommend a Bible with footnotes and in-text definitions because they usually agree with the new versions.
